INTRODUCTION

Thermal Process Engineering & Services, Inc. is a privately held company. It’s technical base stems from twenty-five years of design and the supply of fired heaters and fired heater components, which has resulted in an engineering data base second to none. TPE, Inc. has purchased all of the technical assets of Radco, Inc. allowing it to fit the market niche that the industry has created by downsizing at every level. TPE is now configured to serve as a source of technical assistance to operators and engineers seeking to acquire fired heaters, modify existing heaters, or maintain and repair currently operating heaters. This type of service is now being utilized worldwide by a large cross section of operating and engineering companies.

RANGE OF SERVICES OFFERED

TPE offers technical support in the following areas:

  1. Development of fired heater specifications to meet exacting process and mechanical requirements. This includes both project specific and general specifications to be used in the procurement of all types of fired heaters from recognized fired heater companies.

  2. Complete thermal and mechanical designs, which can be used in the procurement of, fired heaters directly from established fired heater fabricators.

  3. Bid analysis including technical and cost evaluations.

  4. Project specific and general quality control specifications and on site quality assurance surveillance and reporting.
